Vin-Malin,  a reference in the on-line wineshops…

Launched in 2007 by the French retailing group Alphaprim, “vin-malin.fr” quickly positioned among the best: the Revue des Vins de France awarded 18/20 to vin-malin.fr in its survey in 2012. This very good grade rewarded the width and the quality of its offer, its competitive prices, the very reasonable delivery charges, the loyalty program and the unique delivery deadlines on this market (24-48 hours in all France).

Vin Malin, it is 60 000 visitors a month, 36 000 subscribers to the newsletter and 6000 active customers. It is also one of the most complete offers with more than 800 references on sale, from Bordeaux to Burgundy but also Great wines from all over the world. Its turnover was 2,5 million euros in 2014. The group Alphaprim announces however the closure of the site in Spring, 2015 to refocus on their main activity.

Two leading players of the world of the wine decided to pursue the adventure vin-malin.fr. BEJOT vins & terroirs, 3rd operator of wines in Burgundy, which already possesses several on-line wineshops (of which www.leclos-prive.com) and Le Caveau de la Tour, specialist of Great signatures.

BEJOT vins & terroirs and Le Caveau de la Tour bring expertises to vin-malin.fr because they master at the same time the on-line sales of wines and its very particular logistics, but also know very well how to handle the business of great wines.

Their interest for vin-malin.fr is obvious: this website benefits from a very beautiful image and they believe firmly in the future of this type of on-line sale. BEJOT vins & terroirs and Le Caveau de la Tour wish to stay in the philosophy of vin-malin.fr: both at the level of the quality of the service and the quality of the offer. They acquired the existing stock of wine: great wines from all over the world. Very centered on Bordeaux, they wish to enrich the offer with Burgundy, Rhône Valley wines but also with wines from other countries than France.

The website will resume its activity in the middle of June, with the will to develop loyalty of all the existing customers, and to recruit many more!
